RETURNS
We offer 7 days hassle-free returns from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. All returned items must be new and in an unused condition.
100 INR logistic charges will be deducted as a part of refund process.
Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
In case you have received a damaged, defective, missing or a wrong product on delivery. Please reach out to us within 24 hours at shop.simbashoppers@gmail.com or Whatsapp +91 7984173828 with images or Video as a proof.
We as a Company will not charge or deducted any logistics refund fees if the product send by us are defective, wrong or damaged.

Post the return your refund will be initiated within 48-72 hours after the product has been picked up and passed through quality inspection.
Kindly allow 7 working days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
Payments made with COD option will receive refund once they provide us with their bank details / UPI.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can't be cancelled once its shipped, you can cancel the order before it is shipped by us.(Takes about 48 hours to dispatch)
EXCHANGES
We as a company doesn’t provide exchange services however, you can initiate a return and place a new order if needed.
NOTE:
We reserve the right not to accept return of products which: 1. we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or 2. are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
