Returns & Exchange Policy

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

  • All images on the website are enhanced during the post-production process, actual product colors may vary. 

RETURNS

  • We offer 7 days hassle-free returns from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. All returned items must be new and in an unused condition.
  • 100 INR logistic charges will be deducted as a part of refund process.
  • Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
  • In case you have received a damaged, defective, missing or a wrong product on delivery. Please reach out to us within 24 hours at shop.simbashoppers@gmail.com or Whatsapp +91 7984173828 with images or Video as a proof.
  • We as a Company will not charge or deducted any logistics refund fees if the product send by us are defective, wrong or damaged.
  • You can get in touch with us about any issues at our customer support portal by dropping a mail on shop.simbashoppers@gmail.com. You can also reach us on +91 79841738283. All queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 10 AM – 07 PM. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day. 
  • Post the return your refund will be initiated within 48-72 hours after the product has been picked up and passed through quality inspection.
  • Kindly allow 7 working days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. 
  • Payments made with COD option will receive refund once they provide us with their bank details / UPI.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can't be cancelled once its shipped, you can cancel the order before it is shipped by us.(Takes about 48 hours to dispatch)

EXCHANGES

  • We as a company doesn’t provide exchange services however, you can initiate a return and place a new order if needed.

NOTE:

  • We reserve the right not to accept return of products which:
    1. we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
    2. are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
